Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)

The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is applicable for the determination of the melting and glass transition temperature and the step height related to the glass transition of amorphous and partially crystalline plastics. That is the reason why this method is useful for solving problems. It is applicable for the determination of oxidation induction temperature and time as well.
